We take eachallegation seriously, but we do not make assumptions or rush to judgment. Everysituation is unique and, in every investigation, we will always strive tolearn, and objectively evaluate, all the facts, regardless of the gender orlevel of the accuser and the accused.Please join us in refreshing your understanding ofsexual harassment, and the company’s commitment to eliminating it from ourworkplace, when we send the training out.Of course, there is no need to wait for formaltraining to have a conversation on a topic that is so important.
