Since 1980 In humanity there is always been social class inequalities in health and social care. The way of living in health inequalities does not matter the most but it matters when how people live such as being rich or pool, that gap shows terms of health and life expectancy.
In society between rich people and poor people health inequalities are more significant among how they live in their daily basis. For example:· Males who does not have things that are necessary for a pleasant life such as enough money, food or good living conditions there have life expectancy 9.0 years shorter than those males who are facing poverty that keeps them from not having enough food or shelter. Smaller life of their health they also spend it on good health.· Female who does not have things that are necessary for a pleasant life such as enough money, food or good living conditions there have life expectancy 6.9 years shorter (measuring by range) those females who are facing poverty that keeps them from not having enough food or shelter. Females can also expect to spend 16.7 percentage points less of their life in good health.
Health inequalities can also exist in female and male from ethnic minority and the population. Health inequality trends As for today life expectancy it is increasing because the rates of people getting sick with heart disease, cancer and stroke its going down bit by bit. The life expectancy can be increasing in society but not to all people are benefiting, to those who are poor cannot get all the help they need for them to survive. Normally, there has been a gap in life expectancy between wealthy people and poor people or have all things that is necessary in your pleasant life and not having things that necessary for a pleasant life. Among those people who does not have all tings they want in life apparently there has been a slightly reduction in cancer rates. However most of the reduction in cancer has been from wealthy people. Reports from Office for National Statistics shows the rates of the gap of female leaving longer than male are now decreasing. Man can now live a little bit longer than they used to before that also increase their life expectancy.

The Black report in 1980 was the first to make links and Acheson Report in 1997.People who live in a low-income household are more likely live in poor quality house, less money for heating, maintaining their homes, no warm clothes and poor diets. It can affect person’s mental wellbeing or reducing your good health for example worrying about survive on a low income and paying bills.
