However, studies have shown that meats are notessential. Also, it doesn’t give anything more than the other foods on themarket. Meat consumption can eventually do harm to humans and the environment.As I said previously a diet that doesn’t contain meat is healthier than a dietcontaining meat. According to, meat contains more fat than foods that don’thave meat in them. This is bad because it is very difficult for our bodies toprocess high quantities of fat and it is being put into our bloodstream.
