People around the world are divided into different genders, religions,  groups andclasses. There are many types of classes that you can divide people into and one of theseclasses is a social class. A social class can be defined according to the grouping of individuals, depends on their position or the position they are considered to be in a certain community orbetween certain people. This grouping depends mostly on the economic aspect, which variesfrom one country to another. This grouping is very important in each and every individual’slife for it being a  source of financial stability and other important human resources orincomes. Not only does the social class determine each and every person’s class in life, but alsoeach and every person’s esteem or prestige. Even Though people in this world are being dividedinto different grouping, the rights distributed to each and every person should be equal, thusno person should lack any human rights that he or she deserves. Human Rights  are rights thateach and every individual, no matter his race, gender, religion deserves to get.

With theunequal distribution of human rights comes the rise of inequality and the rise of one of themost awful issues in this world; the rise of injustice.  Inequality is the state of lacking equalityor the state of not being treated equally, especially in the distribution of rights oropportunities. With the lack of equality and the rise of inequality, rises the act of crime. Asequality has been defined earlier, the definition of social equality can be interpreted. Socialinequality can be defined as the rise of unequal opportunities in the case of different socialpositions within a specific group of people. Social inequality includes losing the right to vote, the right of freedom of speech, the right of education, the right of health, traveling, transportation, clothing, and other social goods and services. It can also be known as lackingthe right of neighborhood life, family, job and many other types of rights.

Social inequalityusually grows between people from different ethnic or social groups. There are many anddifferent reasons for social the rise of social inequality which keeps it growing day by day.Instead of sitting and not making a change, we should all join in and take a step to make achange for many convincing reasons. One of the reasons that we should all join in to help isthat by social inequality a group of people can take control of another group of people’s lives ina negative way. Another reason is that it makes it impossible for justice and equality, makingsome people live a way better life than others. There will also be an unfair representation sincethe wealthy people will be represented in a much better way than the les wealthy.

All of thesefactors combine to make it almost impossible for our world to have world peace and justice.KEY TERMSSocial Classes: The division of people into different number and types of groups. People in thesame exact group share characteristics that they do not share with people in different groups.PEople in the same group can share similar characteristics like people who share the samewealth, the same status and the same influence.socio-economic human rights: Rights that each and every individual in the world has the right toget. These rights include the right to learn or the right of education, the right and freedom totransport, the right to speak or the right of speech and to sum all of this up the right to live.Ethnic Group: Number of people who are said to have the same characteristics based on theirethnicity. This also means a group of people who all share the same history, homeland, language, religion, dressing style, art, and physical appearance.

Sustainability:  The state in which everything is balanced and sustained. It can also mean toremain distinct and productive indefinitely, for a long period of time.Discrimination: Can be defined as the unfair or unjustice treating of different people. Also meansnot giving different people the same amount of rights and freedom.World Economy: Economy can be defined as an area of the production, distribution, or trade, ofgoods and services by different agents. World economy can also be defined as that way but in alarger scale of a worldwide scale.Economic inequality: is the unequal distribution of rights found in terms of measures ofeconomic well-being, among different people in different groups of a people in a certainpopulation of people.Unequal Distribution of Income: it is the unequal distribution of sum of all the wages, salaries, profits, interests payments, rents, and other forms of earnings receivedPrivilege: A specific group of rights or opportunity or advantage that is available for everyindividual in the community or in the society.

BACKGROUND INFOOur world today is not considered to be equal.  Not all people are treated equally and noteveryone is getting equal rights and freedom. People are bean treated differently, looked atdifferently and a different way to be looked at. The lack of equality between people is occurringfor many different reasons including, the different people in different levels, classes or groups. There are many ways in which people can be classified including classifying them as White,Black or African American, Asian, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or otherPacific Islander. Another way to classify people is by their religion or language, there are manydifferent religions around the world including; Christians, Muslims, Catholicism, Hinduism andmany more religions. People can also be divided into gender, into age and personality. Dividingpeople into different groupings, results in the unfair division, and the unfair treatment of thedifferent types of people.

With the unfair treatment of people rises injustice, inequality and manyother issues in a community or in a wider range, in a country. There are many types of inequalities and one of these types is the social inequality. Thesocial inequality does deal with the unequal distribution of rights to different groups of people, although it focuses on the distribution of  rights in terms of wealth and rights in that certainaspect. The study of these different types of groups is also known as sociology.

These groupingconsist of two or more people who share somewhat the same identity and unity. It is a group ofpeople who spend time and see each other very often. Groupings can be in many differentforms and based on more and different characteristics. The groups of people do not have tohave the same religion, or need to be from the same country.  An example of different socialgroups can be being a part of a certain club or team. For example, you could be a member of asports team,, group, college class, workplace, and more.

As we know, for every action there must be a reason or a cause and effect. There aremany reasons for dividing people into certain groups or into different social groups. One of thereasons for having the social groups is to unify a certain group of people, who share certaincharacteristics. There is a positive and also a negative side for this grouping. The division ofpeople into certain groups can cause more groups being against each other. It can cause moretension between different people. It can also cause the unfair treatment of some people.

Thereare many ways to still keep these grouping based on similar characteristics, but to not treatdifferent people in different ways. Each and every person has the right to get not only the samerights as every other individual, but the same exact right in a very equally way. This way therewill be division of groups of people but there would not be division of equality of rights that aredistributed to these people. Major Countries and Organizations InvolvedThere are many different organization who took a step forward to help and stop thisissue. One of the organizations which helped stop this issue were organizations that helped orthat were with the civil rights. One of these organizations was the (LCCR), which was a coalitionof more than 200 national organizations working on protecting the rights of individual in a certaincommunity or country. Another helper of right protection was (the national urban league)protecting the rights of every African- American individual.

CHSJ is a resource organisation onissues of men, masculinity and gender, health rights of marginalized communities andreproductive and sexual health and rights. This is also an organization which took a stepforward to try and reduce if not stop this huge and long lasting issue. One of the mainand most important aspect of social equality is the right of education.

The GlobalGender, Equity and Human Rights team, comprised of staff across all six regions as wellas in some WHO country offices, oversees the integration of gender, equity and humanrights into healthcare programmes and policies across the different programme areasthat make up the World Health Organization. As we know, even though many peoplearound the world are aware that social equality and the rights that every human shouldget is something very important for each and every person in this world, these rights arestill being violated. Every day, LGBTIQ people’s human rights and dignity are abusedworldwide in ways that shock the conscience. The stories of their struggles and theircourageous resilience are astounding, yet remain unknown—or willfully ignored—bythose with the power to make change. Such organization help raise awareness and stopthe unequal distribution of rights especially social rights or social inequality betweendifferent groups of people. Not only should we thank these organizations for taking astep forward and trying their best to find different and many but effective solutions formany issues including the issue of social inequality; the issue we are discussing today, but they have helped stop many world issues, making our world better, and more safe.Timeline of Events1865 13th Amendment outlaws slavery1865 Ku Klux Klan (KKK) founded to maintain white supremacy through intimidation andviolence1865 Freedman's Bureau formed during Reconstruction to assist freed slaves in the South1866 Civil Rights Act grants citizenship to native-born Americans except Indians1868 14th Amendment grants equal protection of the laws to African Americans1870 15th Amendment establishes the right of African American males to vote1875 Civil Rights Act grants equal access to public accommodations1883 Supreme Court nullifies Civil Rights Act of1896 Supreme Court validates the principle of ;separate but equal; in Plessy v. Some of these solutions did help reduce this issue and others are stillbeing worked on today. An example of such solutions is raising awareness; manyorganizations tried their best to raise awareness about this issue. This action helpedreduce this problem and helped lead to many helpful issues today.Possible SolutionsThere are many possible solutions for stopping or reducing such an important issue. One of these possible solutions is a better and more advanced way of raising awarenessso that more and more people join in to stop this issue.

Another possible solution is tohave penalties for people who are involved in social inequality or causing socialinequality. Another solution can be that making it a rule for hospitals, jobs, and manyother services to treat each and every person who comes in equally and to not treatanyone differently no matter the economic differences. All of these solutions should betaken into consideration in order to have a better word and in order to stop many issuesin our community including this important issue. We should all unite to help in.
