Competition becamehigher every single second.             Managersthrough the years has become aware of the situation of the market change, wherelearning became necessary to survive the fast changed and the impact of the newinnovations and technologies.             Thelearning organization became a concept where all the organizations adapted thisconcept and using it as a tool where the organizations become more aware of themarket and economy changes.

The tool was developed through years. History            Thepast century Kanjelious & Argris who were the first which raised theconcept of learning organization, in the other hand Senge believes thetransformation was undergone by thinking and the activities of the management thistransformation was built through the theories and factors numerous. Argrys andShawn made a doubt where very much affected the thinking and the management’sactivity.PeterSenge(1990)           PeterSenge Book in the 1990 was written to destroy the illusion that the world iscreated, where in his book he published the -Fifth disciplines- where he said “If we give up the this illusion, we can build a learning organization”, He recommendedthat ” managers must learn to detect the seven organization Learning Disabilityand use the Five discipline as the Antidote to them”.

PeterSenge Defined the learning Organization ” is the company that facilitates thelearning of its members and continuously transforms itself “.            The five disciplines from Senge:·        Systemthinking.·        Personalmastery.·        Mentalmethods.·        Buildingshared vision.·        Teamlearning.As per to Senge theory those disciplinesmust be employed and managed in a never ending order to expand and maximize thecapacity of the organization to create the future. Where he also mentioned that”Learning organization are those that are to move past mere survival learningto engage in generative learning, the learning that enhances are capacity to create”Definitions          “Wake expressedlearning as change in the ability for responding to the demand of the task orenvironmental pressure using different methods, as a result of more quicklyresponds to same task, or as a result of other related interventionsexperiences.

Generally learning involves knowledge acquisition, knowledgesharing, knowledge utilization and also new success.”(Gumusluoglu 2009) Learning Organization was defined as “anorganization skilled at creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge and atmodifying its behavior to reflect new knowledge and insights. Learningorganizations avoid stagnation through continuous self-examination andexperimentation.”             According to several researchers thedefined the Learning organization As·        ChrisArgyris and Donald Schön  (1978):”the detection and correction of error”. ·        Fioland Lyles (1985) : as the process of improving actions through better knowledgeand understanding ·        Huber(1991):learning occurs in an organization if through its processing of information, the range of its organization’s potential behaviors is changed·        Dodgson(1993):A learning organization is a firm that purposefully constructsstructures and strategies so as to enhance and maximize organization learning .

Learning Style             “The concept of learning styleshas been raised numerous theories. One of the theories is Kolb’s theory ofexperiential learning. Based on this theory, each learning situation in differentindividuals can create four modes that these four modes set in two sides andare on the two vectors. Modes of concrete experience (CE) versus abstractconceptualization (AC) on vector of received and mode of Reflects Observation(RO) versus active experimentation (AE) on vector of processor.

“(Safavi et al.2010). Attitudestowards Learning            Eysenck and Keane (1995),believed and insisted that creativity is one of the most expressions of humans thinkingprocess.

When the humans don’t have sufficient knowledge to solve theirproblems, they can simply activate creativity. Wallas (1926) proposed a modelof four-stage to the creativity process, which includes: 1)     Preparation: formulation theproblem is the step to understand it2)     Latent period: once the problemknown then workers can start doing other work3)     Clarification: when a solutionsuddenly found to solve the problem4)     Overview: Once problemsolver will ensure that desired solution, is effective (Osterberg 2004).
