The five disciplines from Senge:· Systemthinking.· Personalmastery.· Mentalmethods.· Buildingshared vision.· Teamlearning.As per to Senge theory those disciplinesmust be employed and managed in a never ending order to expand and maximize thecapacity of the organization to create the future. Where he also mentioned that”Learning organization are those that are to move past mere survival learningto engage in generative learning, the learning that enhances are capacity to create”Definitions “Wake expressedlearning as change in the ability for responding to the demand of the task orenvironmental pressure using different methods, as a result of more quicklyresponds to same task, or as a result of other related interventionsexperiences.

Learning Style “The concept of learning styleshas been raised numerous theories. One of the theories is Kolb’s theory ofexperiential learning. Based on this theory, each learning situation in differentindividuals can create four modes that these four modes set in two sides andare on the two vectors.
